Project Management
With our highly experienced professional team overseeing the process, you can be sure that your project will be fully implemented on time and on budget, and your meters are accurately installed and successfully commissioned. In order to eliminate unaccounted for delays or cost increases, new requests and changes to a project are managed through a Request for Change (RFC) process.
In addition, we procure the appropriate meters based on each building's unique needs. We coordinate with the building owner's chosen technology partner to ensure that the communication infrastructure delivers full building coverage and reliable data flow. Our role is to verify that what's installed performs as specified, not to design the underlying network.
S-E-04 Verification
VIP is accredited by Measurement Canada to perform S-E-04 meter installation verification inspections, ensuring that meters are correctly installed.
Meter Installation & Commissioning
Our dedicated team creates detailed drawings specific to the property to guide installation teams, and we ensure they are well-trained and equipped to implement submetering systems correctly.
We then conduct rigorous tests and inspections to ensure that all of your devices are working properly and communicating into the customer's Meter Data Management System (MDMS). We verify the data path; we don't operate it.
